If you created an account in the GuestSpotter app, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using the instructions below.
Delete your account in the app:
Step 1: Log in to the app with valid credentials.

Step 2: On the Home screen, tap the gear icon to go to the Settings screen.

Step 3: Scroll down and tap on “Delete Account.”

Step 4: A confirmation alert will appear. Tap “Yes” to proceed with deleting your account.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at:
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your account so we can process your request.
What happens when your account is deleted
When your request is completed, your account and associated personal data will be deleted from our active systems, except for data we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days.
