GuestSpotter is committed to maintaining a safe platform and enforcing a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

GuestSpotter is a professional networking and booking platform designed to connect tattoo artists and tattoo studios. Because the platform includes user profiles, user-to-user interaction, messaging-related functionality, content uploads, and profile reporting tools, GuestSpotter takes child safety seriously and prohibits any use of the platform that may endanger minors or facilitate abuse, exploitation, or illegal activity.

GuestSpotter is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account, access the platform, or use GuestSpotter services. Any account found to belong to, represent, or be operated on behalf of a person under 18 may be removed without notice.

GuestSpotter strictly prohibits any content, conduct, communication, or activity involving the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors.

This includes, without limitation:

Child sexual abuse material, including any content depicting or promoting sexual abuse of minors

Child sexual exploitation in any form

Grooming, enticement, solicitation, or manipulation of a minor for sexual purposes

Sexualization of minors, including suggestive, exploitative, or inappropriate representations of children

Trafficking, coercion, abuse, or exploitation involving minors

Attempting to use the platform to facilitate, promote, normalize, request, distribute, store, or exchange such material or conduct

Using false identity, impersonation, or deceptive behavior to approach minors or conceal exploitative conduct

Any attempt to upload, share, request, or reference illegal exploitative content involving minors is strictly forbidden, even if presented as a joke, “art,” roleplay, archive, link, reference, or third-party material.

GuestSpotter provides an in-app reporting feature called Report Profile to help users report suspected violations.

The Report Profile option is located at the bottom of a user’s profile. Through this feature, users may submit a complaint and include screenshots or other supporting evidence to help GuestSpotter review the report.

GuestSpotter reviews reports and may take appropriate action based on the nature of the report, available evidence, and applicable law. Actions may include, without limitation:

Removal of content, media, profile information, or other materials

Temporary restriction of platform access

Suspension of user privileges

Immediate account termination

Permanent ban from GuestSpotter

GuestSpotter reserves the right to remove content, suspend access, and permanently ban users who violate these Child Safety Standards or any related platform rules.

Where appropriate, GuestSpotter may preserve relevant information, investigate reports, and cooperate with law enforcement, child protection organizations, regulators, or other relevant authorities in connection with child safety concerns, suspected exploitation, or unlawful activity.

GuestSpotter may also take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, enforce these standards, comply with legal obligations, or support child safety investigations.

All users of GuestSpotter are expected to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Users must not use GuestSpotter to create, upload, share, request, distribute, or promote prohibited material or behavior involving minors. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious, exploitative, or abusive content or conduct immediately through the in-app Report Profile feature or by contacting GuestSpotter directly.
